Samuel Lin graduated from Berkeley in 2012 with his bachelor's degree, majoring in Molecular and Cell Biology with an emphasis in Cell and Developmental Biology. Following his experience as an undergrad, he worked as a junior specialist in the Fischer lab for a year, working with with Jenny on several projects in Fischer lab, growing hundreds of Arabidopsis and investigating several genes involved in the reproductive development of Arabidopsis thaliana.  

Sam started Grad School at UC San Diego in 2014.

If he could be reincarnated as a plant, he would be a sunflower because he hopes to brighten people's days.
