Adam granted the 2014 Arnon Fellowship

Adam Adair

Congratulations to Adam on recieving this prestigious Fellowship, alongside Tyler Helmann from the Lindow lab.  The Arnon Fellowship is funded by a private endowment which supports graduate students in the department and also funds an annual seminar and dinner. The fellowship honours the late Professor Daniel I. Arnon (1910-1994). Arnon spent his career at Berkeley, obtaining his Ph.D. in plant nutrition with Dennis R. Hoagland and later joining the faculty. He is best known for his pioneering research in the fields of photosynthesis and plant nutrition.
